    As a unit Manager (venue Sisal Wincity Torino), I am responsible for all casino activities, like the operation of the casino floor, maintenance, cash count, analysis and revenue reporting. Developed marketing strategies to achieve performance goals. Ensured compliance with state gaming regulations. Developed and administered operating policies and procedures, improved revenue reporting procedures, increasing efficiencies.
    The venue produces one of the highest Gross Gaming Revenue and EBITDA in Italy.
