Area Manager/Pit Boss

-Directly assist the Operations Manager in ensuring that the entire casino complex and its operations are smooth and of top-notch state.
– Prepares and submit daily shift activities report and result.
– Conduct Pit Supervisor and dealers briefing, gather and encourage recommendations to improve business processes.
– Consolidates employees’ annual performance assessment.
– Recommends, initiates, and implements processes to improve profitability and productivity.
– Ensures that employees perform according to KPI and organization’s objective.
– Maintains casino floor visibility.
