As Casino Dealer, my primary functions include ensuring the integrity of the games while providing quality customer service at all times. As Dealer Inspector/Senior Croupier, I functioned as supervisor to oversee the smooth operations of the gaming tables in accordance with the Gaming Manual. I supervised the works of several Croupiers/Dealers to ensure that customers are given quality service.
