MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT & MARKETING /PR/EVENT

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the management in a variety of tasks as required
  • Implementation and Realisation of events, marketing and communication measures
  • Internal communication and employee coordination
  • Cooperation with all departments and office administration
  • Monitor, adjust and take care of the casino´s social networks appearance
  • Project execution and handling, e.g. external and internal events
  • Assist at reception
  • Strictly comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures at all times
  • Display a friendly, personable appearance, reliability and good manners

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional experience and good knowledge and skills in the fields of office Administration (marketing and PR including event planning is of Advantage)
  • Commercial education as a sound basis
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft office)
  • Distinctive organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • High level of customer service and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and flexibility is important
  • Accustomed to work in a team
  • Brilliant time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and ambitious nature
  • Involves work during night time
  • High standard of grooming and presentation
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English, German and  Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent writing skills in German
  • Provide a valid police clearance certificate
  • Swiss or EU citizenship
