YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle table games as per established guidelines
- Strictly comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures at all times
- Perform technical and functional gaming duties as per the regulations of the casino
- Ensure that every bet is within the maximum and minimum table limits
- Report any unlawful act to superior immediately
- Create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in total safety and order and provide an exceptional gaming experience
- Ensure respectful and exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of customer´s transactions
- Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules and betting limits for players
- Present oneself professionally both in manner and appearance at all times
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two years dealer experience in conducting American Roulette, Black Jack and Poker games
- Prepared to work night and weekend shifts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- High level of customer service and professional attitude
- Active listening and conflict-resolution skills
- Communicative, friendly and sociable
- Accustomed to work in a team
- Organized, accurate and punctual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of ITALIAN language is a basic condition
- Able to provide a valid police clearance certificate
