Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Committed to providing exceptional guest service, the Table Games Dealer must be experienced in all games and must be able to perform the act of mechanically dealing a game in a proficient manner, according to the Company’s policies and procedures and all applicable gaming regulations. This position is responsible for handling guest transactions and notifying Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities and/or any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dealing Table Games professionally, accurately and according to policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive guest experience in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Create a fun and exciting atmosphere.
• Must be able to deal 350 hands per hour in a neat, clean and efficient game, while maintaining an acceptable level of guest satisfaction.
• Capture new guests by promoting the Club Paradise Card.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services.
• This includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional guest relations and communications skills.
• Previous dealing experience and/or graduation from dealing school.
