Cash Desk Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cash Desk Manager.
Summary: To be responsible and accountable for the overall operation of multiple casino cash desks by applying the highest standards of efficiency, customer service and security.

To ensure that work is of the highest standard expected of this position and in line with cash desk manuals, AML procedures, Gaming Act and other internal control procedures.
To ensure that yearly performance appraisals are conducted according to Company policy and monitor general performance of one’s team.
To take appropriate disciplinary action when required.
To ensure that any actions of any company employee likely to bring the company into disrepute are dealt with promptly and referred to senior management or the General Manager.
To provide a roster that gives efficient cover with both senior and junior staff.
To compile annual leave schedules in accordance with business levels.
To achieve and maintain the highest possible standard of customer relations and service required in the casino.
To maintain constant liaison with the company’s Account Manager and Chief Financial Officer, so as to ensure that the correct levels of cash reserves and availability are upheld.

Experience:
The essential duties are, but not limited to:
Recruitment and training of new staff
The initiative to implement and carry out training for existing staff
The overseeing of the day to day running of the cash desk departments (slots & tables)
Problem solving for staffing and customer issues
Scheduling of employees
Monitoring compliance to gaming and AML legislation

Essential Experience:

Exceptional Communicational skills
Organized and Professional
Computer Literate: Knowledge of Excel and Office
Languages: English to a high proficiency
Presentable Appearance
Legally able to work in Europe.

Desirable Qualities:

Possess a degree in Accountancy or a similar qualification
Good Communication skills.
Highly organized
A flexible approach to work.
As a minimum, 4 years’ previous experience in similar position or financial services environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Italian language.
Knowledge of gaming will be considered an asset
