What we look for…
You’ll already have, or be on your way to having, outstanding technical skills in dealing a variety of table games.  Experience of demonstrating these skills in a previous position is desirable; however, if you’ve just graduated from a training school and have the right attitude and desire and you think you’re ready to work for the biggest casino name on the planet, read on.  To be a Caesars Dealer we want to see an upbeat and positive attitude and great communication skills.
