We are currently seeking to recruit experienced Gaming professionals for the positions of Poker Dealers for our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site. Aspers Poker Dealers are empowered to service the operation of the Poker department and are responsible for ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated through the provision of an exciting and exceptional customer experience. Poker Dealers will be well presented; be focused on providing a positive service culture; display the expected professional behaviours as well as maintain game efficiency, integrity, and consistency. The successful applicants will be responsible for:

• Providing consistently high standards of Customer Service
• Sustaining the effectiveness of the Casino Poker Room function
• Contribute to the Gaming department by operating an efficient Poker Room in accordance with regulations
• Ensuring that games are played efficiently and in accordance with regulations

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

• Ability to hold a Scottish Disclosure or PFL
• A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
• A minimum of 6 months Poker Room or Live Gaming experience
• PES score of 3 or 4 (internal applicants)
