Under general supervision, performs daily financial analysis; conducts financial, statistical, and analytical studies; prepares and assists in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyzes business performance.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations

• Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of work;
• Ensures all employees adhere to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.

General Job Functions

• Reviews and evaluates financial models for various business activities, including acquisitions, new business ventures, and business performance;
• Reviews and evaluates financial business performance related to revenue, special events, and promotions;
• Prepares and provides information and recommendations to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings to help management with improving business performance;
• Tracks impact of events, regional market fluctuations on business performance;
• Weekly generation of reports and in depth analyses of data for specific products;
• Prepares business performance trends analysis;
• Evaluates and creates new or modified methods and procedures to improve report content, accuracy, ease and efficiency of access on business performance;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education required
• A minimum of 5 years experience in hotel or casino environment
  ACCA, CIME, CPA, ACA certified
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft office, analyitical tools
• Exposure to accounting systems an asset
• Gaming experience an asset
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data, forecasting, reporting key performance indicators, building complex financial models, ROI analysis, variance analysis, accounting processes, account analysis, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills
