GAMING MANAGER – LIVERPOOL QUEEN SQUARE
GENTING CASINO LIVERPOOL QUEEN SQUARE is currently looking for a Gaming Manager to join the team. This is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring Gaming Manager who is ready for a new and exciting challenge. Working closely with the General Manager you will be responsible for maximising the overall profitability of the Gaming Department, and ensuring compliance with the Gaming Act 2005 and the LCCP codes of practice.
Key Competencies:
- Proven ability to manage gaming activities to maximise cash drop and profit.
- Demonstrate ability to motivate, develop and deploy staff within gaming areas.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning skills and the capacity to meet deadlines
- An effective team player, who contributes to continuous business improvement
- Proven problem solving skills
