GAMING SUPERVISORS – Aspers Westfield Stratford City
We are currently seeking to recruit 3 experienced Gaming professionals for the positions of Gaming Supervisors for our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.
Aspers Gaming Supervisors are empowered to service the operation of the live gaming floor through accountability for the customer experience as well as Croupier performance. They will lead by example in ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated. Gaming Supervisors will be effective communicators & decision makers; be commercially astute; be focused on achieving key performance objectives; display the expected professional behaviours as well as maintain game efficiency, integrity, and consistency.
Selection Criteria (Desirable)
PFL or PML Holder
Thorough knowledge of a minimum of 4 live table gaming game (AR;BJ;TCP;PB)
Minimum 36 months live table gaming experience
Established supervisory skills
Player profiling experience
Internal applicants – PES score of a 4
Minimum of 6 months Aspers experience
