GENTING INTERNATIONAL CASINO, based at Resorts World Birmingham, is looking for a Slots Technician to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide technical support for the electronic gaming department and complete machine repairs in house.

Key Competencies Include:

• Have in depth knowledge on the operation of machines, and assist customers with specific game theme questions from a technical perspective
• Work with the slot hosts to educate on basic faults that they will deal with on a daily basis
• Have a firm understanding of key activities that are taking place at the resort and will impact on GIC
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Must be fully flexible

Key Duties Include:

• Complete basic PPM maintenance on electronic gaming equipment and maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules for the electronic gaming equipment
• Patrol the gaming floor being constantly vigilant for machine issues
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of GMS and third party suppliers such as Inspired Gaming
• Provide the Electronic Gaming Manager and Supervisor with updates on current known issues with regard to the gaming equipment and expected resolution times
