Manage and ensure a high standard of proactive and reactive Surveillance work is generated on a shift by shift basis. Manage the monitor room team to ensure that objectives are met. Responsible for surveillance induction training, ongoing Surveillance training and accessing skills level for Surveillance team members.

• 5-8 years casino surveillance experience (including 3 years surveillance monitor room supervisory experience in large monitor room)
• Knowledge of and experience with closed circuit television equipment preferred
• Knowledge of cheating and illegal activities in casino
