Casino Affiliate Manager, Cambodia

Set up an reliable affiliate strategy to create, grow and sustain a functioning affiliate network; plan and execute this strategy while keeping track of the company’s requirements, standards and policies;

Initiate creative campaigns; offer a full support to create said campaigns; help your network to use their full potential;

Work with our existing iGaming partners to implement and optimize campaigns in accordance with their targets and penetration strategies;

Generate revenue and increase the player base through the affiliate channel;

  • Communication

Build, manage and enhance strong business partnerships with existing and potential partners;

Oversee the development and distribution of channel assets, including key art and programming guides to ensure visibility; optimize display campaigns; collaborate with internal departments including online marketing and web development to develop and distribute the best marketing, sales and networking tools;

Monitor the content to ensure the highest level of affiliates and partners satisfaction;

  • Management

Recognize talents among the network and support them in their endeavors to enrich their potential, motivation and success;

Identify new affiliates to enhance the network and promote the products;

Analyze and optimize affiliates performance;

Maintain and keep alive the existing network; initiate contact and give updates to affiliates on a daily to weekly basis.

Job requirements 

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales or Communication;
  • 5 years of experience in Affiliate Management or Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming;
  • Experience in building and leading a team creative individuals;
  • Fluent level of the English language;
  • Proven and successful track record;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Effective team player to work closely with multiple networks (affiliates, partners, internal departments) at the same time;
  • Ability to prioritize and communicate project goals;
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure completion on time.

 

Benefits

·         Monthly salary range: USD 2,500 – 5,500;

·         A raise for good performance will be given after the 3 months’ probation period;

·         Any Visa fee will be paid by the company after one year of service;

·         4 days off per month;
