Job Title: Casino Operations Manager
We are a fast growing and dynamic company looking for a Casino Operations Manager with experience and skills across the marketing, operational and analytical functions.
Responsibilities:
– Oversight of all Gaming operations in the property including optimizing operating systems, managing staffing levels and coordinating with General Manager
– Responsibility for developing player management and executing strategic VIP player plans
– Implement and manage new marketing strategies and liaise with the marketing department
– Produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with detailed analytics presented to management
– Work with the marketing team to manage and optimize key KPI’s for VIP segments
– Develop and execute programs for acquiring and retaining casino customers
– Ensure the implementation of all procedures are followed and that the procedures are to an international standard
– Manage and develop relationships across multiple departments within the company
Skills:
– At least 5 years Managerial experience in Casinos – experience in Asia is a plus
– Versed in liaising with top level management
– Understanding of planning, developing and executing marketing initiatives, player recruitment & retention programs
– Ability to cope with pressure and deliver to deadlines and targets
– Target orientated and results driven
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
– Strong analytic proficiency with the ability to report accurately to the business
– Highly self-motivated and driven
