Responsibilities

Some of your job responsibilities as the Online Casino Manager in Cape Town will include

• Operating and understanding all aspects of the Casino
• Ensuring the casino product is operational and optimal 24/7
• Review current casino rules and terms and conditions, and maintain them to minimize opportunities for abuse and mitigate against risk
• Work closely with the Customer Service team, dealing with all escalated casino player queries and evaluating player feedback on all aspects of casino
• Investigate additional products and 3rd party vendors, considering improvements to players experiences and the business
• Make sure the most popular and newest games are available to the players and available to Marketing for promotion
• Evaluate the website, and suggest improvements of every aspect of the casino product across all brands
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are helping to achieve overall targets, including close monitoring of bonus and promotional costs
• Creation and operational management of all casino promotional and reactivation activity. This includes working with the marketing team to generate target player lists, crediting promotional bonuses
• Setting up tests to trial new marketing offers

Requirements For This Online Casino Manager Job In Cape Town

• Previous experience of managing operational aspects of casino
• Demonstrable knowledge of online casino and games products, promotion types and customers
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritising and managing the pressure that comes with managing a critical product vertical
• Ability to analyse data & report on campaigns – excel essential
• Technically aware, comfortable working with multiple IT systems, databases and programs
