YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle table games as per established guidelines
• Strictly comply with all company rules, regulations, policies and procedures at all times
• Perform technical and functional gaming duties as per the regulations of the casino
• Ensure that every bet is within the maximum and minimum table limits
• Maintain game security and protect company assests at all times
• Create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere in total safety and order and provide an exceptional gaming experience
• Ensure respectful and exceptional customer service
• Maintain confidentiality of customer´s transactions
• Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules and betting limits for players
• Present oneself professionally both in manner and appearance at all times

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of two years dealer experience in conducting American Roulette, Black Jack and Poker games
• Prepared to work night and weekend shifts
• Ability to do multitasking
• Fast and accurate in handling cash
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• High level of customer service and professional attitude
• Active listening and conflict-resolution skills
• Communicative, friendly and sociable
• Accustomed to work in a team
• Organized, accurate and punctual
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent and literate in English as well as moderate knowledge of Italian and German language
• Able to provide a valid police clearance certificate
