One of the industry’s leading integrated resorts is seeking an enthusiastic VIP Gaming Manager that plays a key role in identifying and developing business opportunities within the VIP Gaming portfolio.

Crown Perth has undergone an extensive refurbishment program spending over $1billion ensuring it is able to continue to compete within the luxury category. Crown Perth also has a new $645 million six star hotel currently under construction, which will add another dimension to Crown Perth’s already extensive offering of hotels, resort-style pool facilities, world-class convention centre, gaming options, restaurants, bars, nightclub, 2,300 seat theatre and day spa.

Identify and Develop potential business opportunities while overseeing a team of Service Hosts within the VIP Gaming portfolio. Utilising your commercial and strategic vision, you will work to ensure membership delivers maximum benefit to enable Crown Perth to be positioned as an unrivalled VIP Gaming Venue.

Reporting to the General Manager VIP Gaming, this role will develop and maintain strong customer relationships with local VIP members from both Table Games and Gaming Machines. Your customer service standards should be exceptional on all occasions while balancing the integrity of Crowns standards, policies and procedures.

What You Will Need

• Demonstrated experience in managing people, networking and maintaining business relationships within a multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience within Table Games and/or Electronic Gaming is desirable
• Commercially astute with demonstrable experience in growing a business
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to anticipate the guests needs
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong sense of integrity and an ethical approach in decision making
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• A flexible approach to working hours
