SLOT OPERATIONS MANAGER – Cambodia

Job purpose
Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of slot machines and related services.

Duties and responsibilities
Monitor and Oversee Financial Management of the Department

Strategic/Business Plan development, updating and monitoring;
Ensures development of annual budget and cost management, within the context of Electronic Gaming operations.
Manage the Staff

Ensures appropriate staffing consistent with needs and within the constraints of the organization’s physical and financial resource;
Recruits, selects, orients and develops staff to meet standard performance;
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates the Electronic Gaming’s work plan, assigns projects and programmatic responsibilities, reviews and evaluates work methods and procedures, meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
Develop, Plan and Deliver Programs and Services

Oversees the daily operation of all electronic gaming activities and reports back to Director, Electronic Gaming;
Ensures current slot machines processes comply with Gaming regulatory requirements;
Regularly reviews and evaluates slot repair services and slot preventive maintenance, as well as the installation of new and adjustment to existing slot machines and related equipment;
Actively liaises with Sales & Marketing in developing and implementing advertisements and promotional activities;
Participates in the development and implementation of casino slot operation strategies, policies and procedures and ensure compliance;
Participates in the development and implementation of added value customer service programs to ensure that the department achieves or exceeds guest’s service expectations;
Provides direction and guidance to the slot team as it strives to provide the highest quality standards and services and achieve set KPIs;
Sets up limits of Authority to the personnel in the slots department to recognize the scope of responsibility, control the creation of unauthorized or unintended liabilities, and maintains the orderly conduct of the company business affairs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in slot machine management in Casino environment
Must have in depth knowledge of the configuration and setup of gaming equipment
Must be mechanically inclined with knowledge of hand tools with recent slot machine repair and installation experience
Ability to set and meet high standards of service to develop a work force that embraces a culture of quality and service
Strong motivator, lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Bachelor degree or equivalent education required
Working conditions
This position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
